Ông Hoàng opened one of Orange County's first Huế restaurants over 25 years ago before many of the dishes were popularized, such as Mì Quảng and Bún Mắm Nem Mít Trộn Thịt Heo Quay. Ever since the restaurant closed its doors, people have been asking him to come back.  It is finally time to handle some unfinished business.  

If you love Bún Bò Huế, you'll know how hard it is to find that perfect bowl in a restaurant.  Let's be honest, we are actually craving that taste from home cooking because it's made with love and care that is usually missed when cooking for the masses at a busy restaurant.  Mr BBH offers thoughtful quality ingredients and powerful flavors he has mastered through the decades, and his dream is to share it with the community.
